The processing time will depend on the “Shipping Method” you select at checkout
Depending on the needs of our customers, we offer various types of shipments. Please select the method that best suits your requirements.
- FLAT RATE (US ONLY): Processing time is usually 4-8 weeks.
- RUSH SHIPPING (US ONLY): Processing time is usually 1-2 weeks.
- NEXT DAY (US): Processing time is 1 day. (UPS NEXT DAY AIR). PERFECT METHOD FOR EMERGENCIES
- FLAR RATE (INTERNATIONAL): Processing time is usually 3-6 weeks.
1- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept any custom product returns.
2- You will have up to 24 hours to contact our support team to cancel your order, if you think it was a mistake or you had a problem, please contact us. email@example.com
3- If you see any damage when your order arrives, please contact us immediately and send us pictures of the damage to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will have up to 48 hours after the reception of your order to study your case. If accepted by our team you can opt for Store Credit.
(The product must be in the same conditions of delivery, keep the original tags and not show any use).
